Ceiling plaster

Everyone had a few weeks off over Christmas/New Years but things have got moving again this week. The ceilings have een plastered throughout the house. Much easier to get a feel for the spaces now and everything feels quite good. I was a bit worried about the lounge/dining area pictured here but it's not too bad.

Not too happy about this vent in the kitchen, would have put it somewhere else if we had the choice. Apparently it is a requirement due to the gas hotplate.

Soffited cornices in the hall between the front door and the study, just a little detail to help define the space since there is no doorway between the rooms.
